I think I’ve seen chicken schnitzel-type things crusted in a similar manner too…or was it lamb cutlets? Oh well, something like that! And they can be oven-cooked as well, which appeals to my non-deep frying AND non-shallow frying laziness =D

Totally agree, I won’t use any other dried pasta. Only halfway through the stuff you sent and love it all so far.
