		<description><![CDATA[Yes! It&#039;s amazing the effect blanket rules have on your diet. 

For example, say I&#039;m thinking to myself I&#039;d like to go buy some chocolate. I think, &#039;No, you can&#039;t.&#039; And then &#039;Why?&#039; and then &#039;Because it&#039;s the $35 Challenge.&#039; Conversation with myself ends there, no chocolate bought, I find a way to use what I have.

I&#039;m really thankful for the fact that there&#039;s no way to talk myself into unhealthy food choices this week...]]></description>
