@Gaby – It’s fascinating to see how some dishes have migrated and moved around the world and are common and how some ingredients, dishes and cooking methods made the journey and others didn’t.

@John – If I was any better at getting the caramel higher up the sides it would be even more golden all the way up! It’s a good excuse to practice with the side effect of more flan! ;)
